French creative outfit Lost Boys Paris has taken an imaginative approach to recruiting with its "Guess the ad. Get the job." campaign. Intended to weed out job hopefuls lacking a proper background in advertising, Lost Boys has dropped a series of emojis on its Facebook and Twitter feeds. Each set corresponds to a particular advertisement and if you can crack the code and have a portfolio to boot, you can then figure out the correct email address of which to direct your work and resume.
